Our housing project envisions a vibrant community hub where residents and neighbors converge. By positioning the development as a social space, we aim to foster connections within Lexington. Imagine enjoying picnics, live performances, art exhibitions, and leisurely afternoons by the pond – all within a stone’s throw of home. We’ve adopted a multi-axial approach to the site, ensuring accessibility from various points in the community. To maintain a tranquil residential environment, commercial spaces are strategically placed near the city’s edge. Integrating Rupp Arena offers convenient access to commercial amenities without disrupting the peaceful atmosphere. Biodiversity is at the core of our design, transforming the urban landscape into a natural oasis. Expansive green spaces, including a playful pond, invite relaxation and recreation. This ecological focus extends to green roofs and elevated walkways, creating a serene environment while providing shade and circulation. Underground parking maximizes surface-level green space, encouraging residents and visitors to explore the site’s natural beauty.
